Card Loads Completed
We apologize for the recent delays, and our funding department has now completed all pending debit card loads to be current with the stated time frames again. The debit card provider has found what caused the error messages, and this will no longer be an issue. All debit card loads will now happen in the stated time frames, and in the future if they have an error message they will contact the customer via email to clarify what they need to do in order to complete the loading of funds. Our verification levels will still allow our customers to have the maximum balance and withdraw limits, but if an error message is displayed you may be contacted by the debit card provider to submit an updated copy of your government ID. In almost all cases this will be due to them needing to see an ID that is not past the expiration date, and if you cannot provide this then they will likely decrease your card limits.

During this period, there have also been many customers that have been receiving their funds successfully, as our funding department was processing every request that did not have an error message posted. We have also increased the debit card load maximum to $1500, and as soon as your withdraw request is completed by our funding department you can immediately put in another request if you wish. Regular debit card loads are completed within 1 to 3 business days, and quick debit loads are completed within 24 hours.

Again, we apologize for the delays that have been recently experienced by some customers, and we appreciate you choosing StrictPay as your online payment option.
