We are happy to announce that debit card loads will now be back to normal time frames. The banks have solved the issue, and our funding department will be completing all pending debit card loads outside the normal time frames before the end of the day. This means that all quick loads will be completed by the end of the day, and that option will now be available again. By the end of the day all regular debit card loads older than 3 business days will also be completed.
One thing we would like people to keep in mind is that the banks will be transferring more funds as well now that they have solved the issues on their ends, but we still do have some outstanding funds that need to be completed by them. We do not expect this to cause any further delays, but we also did not expect the original issues they were having to cause any delays. We truly expect that all regular debit card loads will now be completed within 1 to 3 business days, and all quick debit loads will be completed within 24 hours.
